How Long Do Mockups Take?

Once your artwork is submitted, our design team will provide initial mockups within 24–48 hours. We’ll work closely with you to ensure the layout and design meet your exact vision. You’ll receive unlimited revisions until you're fully satisfied — our goal is to make the process easy, collaborative, and stress-free.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Yes — and by a noticeable margin. When compared to major online providers like VistaPrint and Custom Ink, our prices consistently come in 10–20% lower on average. At Painter Shirts, we’ve built our business model around delivering premium, retail-quality garments and print work specifically for painting companies and contractors — without the inflated costs. But it’s not just about savings. We offer complimentary custom logo design, artwork layouts, and professional mockups — services you simply won’t find on self-serve design websites. Our goal is to make your brand look exceptional, while keeping your costs well below the competition.

What printing methods do you offer?

We offer traditional plastisol screen printing, ideal for t-shirts, jackets, and hoodies due to its durability and vibrant color quality. For hats, polos, and dress shirts, we provide high-quality decorative embroidery that adds a clean, professional look. Not sure which method is right for your design? Our team is happy to guide you based on your artwork, garment type, and budget to ensure the best possible result.

What types of file formats do you accept for custom designs?

We accept JPEG, PNG, and PDF file formats. For optimal print results, our team converts all artwork into high-resolution vector files (such as AI, EPS, or SVG), ensuring clean lines and sharp details. That means even if your original file isn't perfect — whether it's a low-quality image or a photo of an old shirt — we can still work with it. What matters most is the final design we show you in your mockup, which is what you'll see on your finished product.

What is your minimum order requirement?

Our model is bulk wholesale, minimum order is a low 48 pieces per design. However, you’re not limited to just t-shirts — you can mix and match across other screen-printable garments like long sleeves, pocket tees, hoodies, and more to meet the minimum. This flexibility allows you to outfit your team or brand with a variety of styles while still qualifying for bulk pricing.

Do you accept returns?

Because Painter Shirts produces custom logo apparel, all sales are final once you’ve approved the artwork and completed your purchase. We strongly recommend carefully reviewing the digital mockups provided by our art team — including layout, ink colors, and spelling — before giving final approval. Since each item is made specifically for you, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges after production begins. If you have any concerns during the approval process, our team is happy to help ensure everything looks exactly how you envision it.

How long does it take to receive my order?

Once artwork is approved, screen printing typically takes 10-14 business days, while embroidery requires about 14-21 business days. Please note that lead times may vary by bundle or be affected by garment availability. If an item is out of stock, we’ll promptly offer a comparable substitute to help keep your order on schedule. Our goal is always to deliver quality products on time, with clear communication every step of the way.
